  • Paula Cunningham

    Paula Cunningham is a registered nurse and the Director of Medical and Payment Policy Administration at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield. She is a passionate activist using her voice and personal experience to fight the opioid epidemic. She has years of personal experience as a mother of a child suffering from substance use disorder. After losing her son Parker from an opiate overdose, she founded The Parker Gill Foundation, to support prevention and recovery efforts in Arkansas to save lives from overdose. She is a member of the Arkansas People Achieving Recovery Together (APART) coalition and was appointed to the Arkansas Alcohol and Drug Abuse Coordinating Council by Governor Asa Hutchinson. She holds a Biblical Counseling Certification from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is a recovery ministry leader at Grove Life Recovery Ministry at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Little Rock. Mrs. Cunningham was the 2021 recipient of the Peer Champion award at the Arkansas Peer Support Conference.

  • Lisa Fletcher

    Lisa Fletcher is honored to serve on the board of Next Step Recovery Housing. As a dedicated wife and mother of three grown sons, she brings a wealth of experience to the team. Lisa, alongside her husband, who serves as the President of Fletcher Auto Group, is also a co-owner of Fletcher Farms.

    Passionate about giving individuals second chances, Lisa actively supports the mission of Next Step Recovery Housing. Through Fletcher Farms, she has provided employment opportunities to individuals who have successfully completed the program at Next Step. Lisa's commitment to the cause stems from her family history with recovery.

    Believing in the transformative power of working the program and taking it one day at a time, Lisa is confident that individuals can achieve the lives they deserve. Recognizing the severity of the addiction epidemic, she emphasizes the importance of collective efforts within our communities to address and overcome these challenges. Lisa remains dedicated to playing her part in finding solutions and contributing to the end of this epidemic.

  • Diana Gray

    Meet Diana Gray, a dedicated professional at Bass and Bell, Inc., and the proud mother of Chelsea McGill, Cofounder of Next Step Recovery Housing. With a commitment to total client satisfaction, Diana excels in fostering open communication and providing genuine personal support, helping clients fully understand their accounts and investments.

    Diana began her journey in financial services with Morgan Stanley in 1990, and since 1996, she has played a crucial role at Bass and Bell, contributing significantly to the firm's success. Joining forces with Rob and Chris in 2012, Diana continues to be an integral part of the team.

    Beyond her professional life, she finds joy in playing the piano during her spare time, adding a musical touch to her well-rounded life. Diana is also a huge supporter of recovery initiatives, contributing to the well-being of individuals seeking a path to sobriety.

  • Corey Little

    Corey Little is passionate about recovery, with over two decades of personal recovery in a 12-step program, witnessing numerous lives transform positively. Corey’s commitment is reflected in his joy for assisting individuals on their recovery journey.

    In Little Rock, Corey has held various service roles at his 12-step home group, currently serving as the Vice-Chairman of the Cosmopolitan Group Foundation.

    Beyond his dedication to recovery, Corey has a successful professional history as the founder and CEO of Arkansas Mutual Insurance Company. Presently, he excels as an insurance broker specializing in medical malpractice insurance.

    With a strong foundation of 34 years, Corey and his wife Malinda share a thriving marriage. Together with their three accomplished adult children, they proudly bear the distinction of being graduates of the University of Arkansas. Corey's multifaceted life is a testament to his unwavering commitment to both personal and professional excellence.
